Anyone else using a Siemens service lately? Had to get a tech out for one of our old workhorses and honestly, I was surprised. The technician was super sharp, didn't just throw parts at it. Process was pretty smooth than I figured it would be. Pricey as always, but at least it feels competent. What's your experience? Are they still top tier or have others caught up?
